Horizontálny baliaci stroj BH-07W

The packing machine BH-07 PC servo is a continually working, computer-controlled machine which is powered by double servo-engines and one asynchronic engine. It enables a fast conversion onto another product. The double diagonal jaws are the guarantee for the high machine capacity.

It is suitable for the customers with the wide variety of packed products or with an often change of the packed product, where its flexibility is demonstrated. The parameters setting is solved through the "touch screen" contact display.

The programme equipment of the machine enables to choose the communication language- German, English, Polish, Russian and Hungarian language. The welding temperature of the diagonal and horizontal weld is integrated into the programme arrangement and, together with the packed products parameters, it is set into the computer memory. It is possible to programme up to 99 products. The packing machine is designed for semi-automatic or automatic packing lines where it can communicate with various technological devices. Another advantage of the computer control is a simple connection of various peripheral devices, and so the possibility of wider usage of the machine.

It is suitable for packing of the products with regular shapes and convenient solidity:
- food products (e.g. waffles, chocolate, gingerbreads)
- industrial products (e.g. soap, bandages)

It is possible to pack the products with inconvenient solidity on the packing machine BH-07 PC servo on underlayments, eventually in boxes.

It is possible to use foils as a packaging material on this machine:
-         thermically weldable foils ( on the PP base)
-         combined foils (on the PP base with the combination of PE, PET, PP, Al etc.)
-         cold weld closable foils

The packaging materials might be pellucid, or pressed by an infinite, event. oriented press.
