Thermal perforation
The continual film perforation allows the creation of holes of a 0.5 – 1.0 mm diameter in packaging film, right on the packaging machine,
so as the packed product can be vented. Holes are punched by heat and have a smooth edge. Preferably, the perforation can be applied on the
packaging machine BH-08 on packing hot bakery products. Perforation is a means to keep residual moisture inside the pack and to extend the shelf
life to six days, while preserving weight and good quality of product. The equipment is also suitable for the wrapping of individual pieces of
vegetables using the packaging machine BH-08.
The equipment can be fitted to BH-08 without additional adjustment.
The size of holes and the width and place of perforation can be changed based on the requirements from the client.

No product - no bag:
If a product to be packed cannot be fed into the packaging machine, the machine will stop and wait for the product. This prevents the production of empty packs.
