Device for the foil perforation
An additional perforating equipment of PZK-T type is used to perforate the film right on the packaging machine BH-08 BR during packing. It is an inseparable part of packaging machine and cannot work independently.
The perforating equipment PZK-T can be fitted to the side plates, at the unwinding. The equipment has not a drive for its own operation. The perforating (needle punching) cylinder is driven by film in such a way that needles are punched through the film into a bristle cylinder.

The bristle cylinder’s drive is used only during the heat-up, so the heat-up is uniform.
The equipment has two modes: heating and working. In the heating mode (rear position), the needle cylinder rotates using a friction clutch, driven by electric motor. Film is protected from radiated heat by a shield in the lower part. The movement of a shield and a needle cylinder is provided by pneumatics.
