We consider the before and after-guarantee service to be the prior activity which guarantees a non-problematic usage of our devices at the client´s place and a minimization of the standstills because of breakdowns of any subjective or objective character.

While it is possible from technical and organizational point of view, we procure our coming to the client´s place up to 24 hours after the failure has been announced.

The first and repeated training of the client´s employees, in order they would be able to use and serve the packing technology
SPARE PARTS supplies for the before and after-guarantee service
We can perform the full comprehensive remedy and the reparations of older machines at the client´s place or in our area, upon request
